Bachelor of Commerce B. Com is a course of three year degree that most of the commerce students opt after completing their 10+2. After pursuing B.com students can also go for higher education like M.com, MBA or they may apply for a job. B.com (Hons.) is another part of the course that offers specialization in a particular discipline. It is a three years bachelor degree course.

Bachelor of Business Administration- BBA

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a professional degree course of 3 years duration.If it is integrated with an MBA course then its duration becomes 5 years. It includes both BBA and MBA programs together. After CA and B. Com, BBA is another popular course chosen by students. Industrial and corporate exposure is provided to the students of BBA which helps to develop his/her managerial and corporate skills.

 BBA students have to study these subjects during the course period - Financial Management, Economics, Statistics, Business Communications, Entrepreneurship skills, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Accounting etc.

CA

CA stands for Chartered Accountant which is considered to be one of the toughest courses but the career prospects after this course is too high. Basically this course is managed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) which includes several papers.

The duration of Chartered Accountant course is reduced from 5 years 3 months to 3.5 years according to the latest decision of the council. Subjects in (C. A) includes - Accounting, Economics, Business Laws, Corporate Laws, Financial Management, Business Communication, Taxation, Tax Laws, Auditing, Business Laws etc.

Actuarial Science

Actuarial science is slowly gaining popularity in India and the course is now available in India. Actuarial science is a course which basically involves knowledge of statistics, Maths, insurance, and investment. B.sc A Commerce student can opt Actuarial Science after 12th. The demand of this course is very high outside India.
