B.TECH (Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business and Economics, Biological Systems Engineering, Robotics And Cyber Physical Systems)
- Candidate must qualify SAT/ACT/KVPY/JEE Main
- Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination.
- Mathematics must be the main subject in class 12th for all undergraduate programs.
- Candidates must have studied physics in order to apply to B.Tech in Computer Science and AI, Robotics and cyber physical systems and Biological Systems Engineering.
B.TECH IN DATA SCIENCE, BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS
- It must be noted that this degree is different from a pure business or economics degree. This degree focuses more on data science core upon which applications in business and economics are built.
- A candidate must have strong interest in mathematics, data and programming.
- It is mandatory to have studied maths in class 10th and 12th.

SAT
About SAT
SAT stands for Scholastic Assessment Test. It is a standardized test held by College Board for undergraduate students.
SAT exam analyses Mathematical, Critical Reading and Writing skills of the candidates. According to the College Board, they test the skills which students have learned in their schools. They test the skills which are required for the academic success of the students in college.
SAT EXAM PATTERN
The exam pattern for the SAT exam includes two sets of exams. The first is the SAT Reasoning Test and the SAT Subject Test. The SAT Reasoning Test is the exam that is opted for students looking to pursue higher education in countries abroad. This is one of the most sought after competitive exams, the scores of which are vastly recognized in the universities/ colleges abroad. The second SAT test is the SAT Subject Test, which is opted by students who are looking to study a particular subject in great detail. Candidates wanting to appear for SAT can opt for either of the SAT exams. The SAT exam pattern/ syllabus is different for both the exams.
There are two exams conducted for SAT. The first one is a Reasoning Test and SAT Subject Test. This score is accepted by universities and colleges in abroad.
The other exam is SAT Subject Test which is opted by students who want to study a single subject in great detail.
Candidates can appear for either of the exams. The syllabus of both is different.

ACT
ACT is a multiple choice, pen and paper exam conducted by ACT Inc. The exam measures readiness of high school students for colleges. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and 55 minutes (40 minutes more are given for those who take ACT writing).

Plaksha University accepts scores of KVPY Exam too. The Kishore Vaigyanaik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is an annual scholarship program conducted by Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
